Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Expert Institute, we strive to provide the best e-learning experience. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a cancellation or refund. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Course & Subscription Cancellation

• Users can cancel their enrollment in a course or subscription within 3 days of purchase, provided they have not accessed more than 10% of the course content.
• Once a course has been accessed beyond the allowed limit, no cancellation requests will be entertained.

2. Refund Policy

A. Academic & Competitive Exam Courses (NEET, IIT-JEE, etc.)

• Refunds will be issued only if the cancellation request is made within 3 days of enrollment.
• No refunds will be provided for courses that have been partially or fully accessed.
• Processing time for approved refunds is 10 working days.

B. Computer & Skill Development Courses

• If the course has not been accessed, a 10% deduction will apply for administrative fees.
• No refund will be provided after 5 days of purchase.

C. E-books & Digital Products

• Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once the material has been downloaded or accessed.

D. English Speaking Course & Other Subscription Services

• Monthly subscriptions can be canceled anytime before the next billing cycle.
• Refunds will not be provided for used or partially used subscription periods.

3. Payment Gateway & Transaction Charges

• Any refund, if approved, will be processed after deducting payment gateway charges (if applicable).
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days.

4. Exceptions & Special Cases

• In case of technical issues preventing access to the course, a refund may be granted after investigation.
• If a course is discontinued or removed from the platform, users may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
